Loved our stay at this hotel. Just 2-minutes from the tram station, situated in a lovely neighbourhood, the place is well-kept, the rooms huge and the staff friendly. The photos don’t do real justice and that perhaps is a good thing because we were very pleasantly surprised. The staff were very prompt with instructions on how to reach the hotel and on our arrival we were given a quick lowdown on things to do, how to get around etc. The suggestions for neighbourhood eateries etc also turned out to be excellent. Breakfast is good too.

Excellent, very good service and cleanliness. A pleasant, quiet and well-connected environment near the metro and right on the corner of tram 22, which leads to the most touristic areas, for example the Castle. Highly recommended.

Only stayed one night, but Susa Hotel managed to book me in last minute following an accommodation mix-up. The room had a separate kitchen and was very spacious. Clean, comfortable, good wifi and sufficient breakfast. The bathroom had a spa tub, which as fantastic after a day of transit. This is a great and well-priced hotel when visiting Prague. Old Town square is only a 25min walk or 10min tram ride away, nice area.

A nice little hotel in a good location, in the Vinohrady neighborhood. It’s about a 20-25 minute commute via subway to Old Town Square. There a lot of convenience stores and a few coffee shops nearby, so you can load up on essentials before heading back to the hotel. The room itself is quite large. I stayed here in July, so while it wasn’t too too hot, a fan would have been appreciated. They offer a simple breakfast with cereals, cheese and bread—just enough to get you going through to lunch. The staff is friendly enough, and arranged a taxi for me from the airport and on my last day, to the train station. I forgot my power adaptor back in the States and they had one on hand, so that was helpful. Overall, a good stay. If I were to go back to Prague I would probably consider staying closer to the city center, but if you don’t mind the subway ride (it’s 3 stops away) then this is a good option.

It is a good and a quiet place with spacious rooms. The most remarkable is the personal attention and the help for the people working in the hotel. It is also important to remark that it is a bike friendly hotel.
